Incident resolution

Acceptable provides an electronic incident resolution service throughout the procurement process.

How this service works

The service requester shall inform ACCEPTABLE of the existence of an incident arising from a breach of contract by clicking on the button CONTRACTING AN INCIDENT RESOLUTION SERVICE.

What Acceptable does

Acceptable collects the necessary additional information from the applicant to convey it to the contracting party and try to reach an immediate solution to it.

You will be given a within seven days from the transfer of the content of the incident so that, within this period, Acceptable can indicate whether it agrees with it and proceed to its immediate solution or to formulate the allegations that it considers appropriate.

This response shall be communicated by Acceptable to the applicant via their user e-mail address.

If the contractor does not agree with the terms indicated above or does not reply within this period, Acceptable will inform the applicant of the result of this action, who may initiate an online dispute resolution process following the steps set by Acceptable at that time.

The maximum time limit for resolving the case shall be one month after the applicant reports the incident.
